was perhaps the finest centre back to wear Amber and Black over the
last 20 years We were fortunate to witness his early development as
a player before he successfully made the step up to Premiership level
with Portsmouth in 2000.
LEE HODGES
A
versatile player who formed exciting partnerships with both Dougie
Freedman and Sean Devine – not a bad entry on a CV!
KEITH ALEXANDER
This gentleman was a pioneer in the game and had two seasons at
Underhill in that wonderful GM Conference team in the mid eighties
PETER BROWN
Next
a player who was recognised as a Player of the Year in 1985 not for
scoring goals or saving penalties but for sheer 100% input and a big
grin!
BOBBY BROWN
Next
in the spotlight is a player who spent only two years at Underhill
but was a goal-scoring sensation
